The factory-insulated foam metal panel (SAAP 35-/T) is a standard one-meter-wide panel designed specifically for roofing applications. It features a fluted exterior surface and a flat interior surface.The exterior and interior skins are manufactured from galvanized steel in accordance with ASTM A653 standards, with a hot-dip galvanized commercial-quality coating. Aluzinc AZ150 and aluminum options are available upon request.The core insulation consists of PIR (Polyisocyanurate) foam, with thermal performance (U-value) determined by the panel thickness.Both the exterior and interior steel skins are available with a variety of coating systems, including polyester, Kynar PVDF, and high-build urethane HF (150 microns), making them suitable for coastal and marine environments with a wide range of color options.The interior face is finished with a polyester coating in RAL 9002.
