The core of our standard roofing panel (SAAP 35/T) features PIR (Polyisocyanurate) insulation, known for its high thermal resistance. The exterior and interior surfaces are crafted from galvanized steel conforming to ASTM A653, with hot-dip commercial-quality coating. For enhanced performance in coastal or corrosive environments, we also offer Aluzinc AZ150 and aluminum finishes upon request.
Multiple coating systems are available, including polyester, Kynar PVDF, and high-build urethane (HF 150 microns), all offering excellent protection and color variety. The interior face comes pre-finished in RAL 9002, ensuring a clean, industrial-grade appearance.
