Wall Sandwich Panel
The factory-insulated foam metal panel (SAAP 35/T) is a standard one-meter-wide panel designed for wall applications, featuring a flat surface on both the exterior and interior sides.
The exterior and interior skins are manufactured from galvanized steel in accordance with ASTM A653 standards, with a hot-dip galvanized commercial-quality coating. Aluzinc AZ150 and aluminum options are available upon request.
The core insulation consists of PIR (Polyisocyanurate) foam, with thermal performance (U-value) determined by the panel thickness.
Both the exterior and interior steel skins are available with a variety of coating systems, including polyester, Kynar PVDF, and high-build urethane HF (150 microns), making them suitable for coastal and marine environments with a wide range of color options.
The interior face is finished with a polyester coating in RAL 9002.

The exterior & interior skins shall be formed of galvanized steel confirming to ASTM-A653, with hot dipped commercial quality galvanize coating & Aluminum upon request. Foam Type PIR foam having a U-value according to the thickness.
Exterior and interior skin shall be finished with various coating system, polyester, Kynar PVDF, Urethane high built Versacor HF (150 microns) suitable for projects at sea cost in color selection. Interior face finished with polyester coating in Ral 9002 color.
